About This Course

The course is a review covering fundamental concepts, theories and skills needed when organizing a successful small business. It covers small business tests and serious issues, managing under adversity, start-up/buy-out/franchising opportunities, marketing, and financial concerns, managing a business with rapid growth, and building a sound infrastructure. The course is structured around interactive and 273 experiential opportunities where students, grouped in teams, work with real world projects, and complete a feasibility study for their upcoming business. The course mixes ethics, diversity and change topics.
